me
I’m Daniel Petermann, a personal trainer and football coach with over a decade in fitness and high-performance sport. My path started in high school and continued at McMaster University playing for the Marauders from 2014-2018, where I won OUA Rookie of the year and earned multiple conference all stars. In 2018 I was invited to the CFL National Combine where I ran the fastest 40 yard dash and tied for the highest vertical jump at the combine, later spending six seasons in the CFL and being part of a Grey Cup team in 2019.
What matters most to me now is helping people move well, get stronger, improve performance and make the process fun. I focus on practical, evidence-based training and tailor each plan to your goals, whether that’s sport or simply feeling better every day.
