ABOUT YOUR TRAINER
I’m Daniel Petermann, a personal trainer and football coach with over a decade of experience passionate about fitness and high-performance athletics. My journey started in high school, where I honed my skills as an athlete, leading to a 4-year career at McMaster University. Following my university career, I was invited to the 2018 CFL National Combine, where I ran the fastest 40-yard dash and finished first in the vertical jump. I went on to be drafted and played a six-year career in the CFL, winning a Grey Cup in 2019.
What drew me into this field was a genuine love for the weight room and a curiosity about what makes athletes perform at their best. That passion turned into a career — and now I use that same drive and knowledge to help others reach their full potential. Whether you're training for sport, health, or personal growth, I’ll build a plan that works for you.
