YOUR
TRAINER
I’m Daniel Petermann, a personal trainer and football coach with over a decade in fitness and high-performance sport. My path started in high school and continued at McMaster University, where I learned how much good training can change the way you move and feel. In 2018 I was invited to the CFL National Combine, later spending six seasons in the CFL and being part of a Grey Cup team in 2019.
What matters most to me now is helping people move well, get stronger, and enjoy the process. I focus on practical, evidence-based training and tailor each plan to your goals, whether that’s sport, health, or simply feeling better every day.
